In 2019, we officially established our accelerated commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Cal Coast. Our DEI commitment starts at the top, beginning with our CEO, Todd Lane, and encompassing our entire leadership team. We have a dedicated Vice President of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and an Inclusion Council comprised of 20 leadership members, all of whom are committed to fostering an inclusive and equitable environment within our organization.

Our Employees

Through ongoing training, development opportunities, and employee resource groups (ERG), we support our team in their professional and personal growth.

To support our mission, we have established Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and an Aligned Interest Group (AIG) that serve as vital communities for our employees. These ERGs provide support, enhance professional development, and contribute to our culture of belonging by addressing the unique needs and interests of their members.
